We're Aly & Alexis, and we have a combined 50+ years of guiding this process, from self-knowledge to total body rebuild, so you can fall in love with your body all over again (or perhaps for the first time!)

When we were dancers first learning Pilates years ago, it was a miracle tool that helped you understand HOW your body (ideally) worked, which has a protective effect as you're getting stronger.

Now the emphasis is **make everything burn!!** which doesn't allow space to get to know your inner workings, to stay safe while working hard. This deepens the groove of imbalance, leading to pain or injury.

We want to turn back the clock on Pilates, which also turns back the clock on your body.
