Welcome to the Catfish Kitchen. The channel that does things differently. There will be some "normal" cooking videos with recipes, but there will be a lot of just food videos, eating food, maybe unusual food, lots of homegrown food, cooking what I have not what the recipe says I need to buy, But all food all the time.
My recipes will be more set around the easy starter food, simple recipes even a beginner cook can master in a basic kitchen. No fancy equipment needed.
When it comes to food I only have 1 rule, it has to be delicious, if it looks good that is a bonus but is not a requirement. Real cooking is not pretty.
