I fell in love with Pilates when I realized I couldn’t touch my toes!! I knew I had to implement more mobility work in my workout routine (I was only running at the time) and came across Pilates. I was instantly hooked. I started filming my workouts at the request of friends and family members, so they can get the healing benefits Pilates has to offer. Most of my filmed workouts are 30-35 minutes, intermediate level. I’m so happy you’re here!🤗
