Out of the City Into Da Woods

After years of city living, hubby and I decided to purchase a home in the woods somewhat off the grid. Other than my raised bed gardening skills in my tiny backyard and his years of watching you tube, neither of us have a clue of what we need to do to survive. With the help of our brother, our neighbors and you tube we're going to give it a try! It's truly a big adjustment from running around the corner to the store to driving 30 minutes one way. Overnight we went from stray cats and dogs in the area to wild Deers, snakes, mice, frogs, woodpeckers, chipmunks and bears! It's definitely a turn of events!
