Bol Athian Madut (born 15th April 1996), known professionally as Dr Kiss, is South Sudanese singer and song writer who rose to a wide prominence in 2014 with the song “Akoniya”.
He has been a large part of the music scene since 2012 when he debuted into the industry and some of his big songs include I'm in Love, South Sudan Make a Way, Novida, Jow Kaap, Ma bara, Akoniya and so many more.
Bol was born in Tonj and raised in Thiet where he started his music journey in Angol Primary School, and due to his good vocals, he was always chosen to lead the School and The National Anthems in the parades and this is where it all began.
With the “The Art of a Nation” phrase, Dr Kiss represents the culture, the people and the unseen artistry of the nation’s nature.
