Annick Odom
Annick Odom is a Belgian-American double bassist and clarinetist. In addition to being an active chamber musician, in her solo work, she explores Appalachian musical traditions. She has commissioned new pieces inspired by the area and creates her own versions of folk songs learned from musicians living in the region. Her string band Sweet Joe Pye (with musicians Henri Colombat and Lucas Henri) is in the process of releasing an EP titled Rise Early.
