Discovering Ancient History with Pat Lowinger

The goal of this channel is to provide those with a deep love of history, archaeology, and related disciplines with a series of short videos focusing on the ancient Mediterranean. In some cases this will include places I have been, surveyed and/or excavated at. In others, videos may focus of the work of colleagues or other academics to whom my own work is indebted. Whenever possible, I will clearly distinguish the former for the later and any misattributions or misrepresentations are clearly my own.

So, sit back and you will hear the tale. A tale of the ancient past. Of long-past cities dedicated oft-forgotten gods... and of the people who lived and died there.
