Plucked String Player
I received my first guitar in 1982, worked through my grades, and eventually studied classical guitar at conservatoire level. I taught guitar, 5-string banjo, mandolin, bass, and ukulele privately for 13 years and currently teach guitar and bass in a high school. As a performer my experience is extensive; from playing in bands, and in theatre, to giving solo recitals, and everything inbetween!
The bulk of my content here are performances, though there are some tutorials. These will try to focus more on individual guitar techniques. I may also 'show and tell' the occasional weird and wonderful instrument. Enjoy!
