I train at 51 with purpose and intensity because strength shouldn’t fade with age — it should evolve. My mission: help you build muscle, move better, and defy aging through kettlebells, calisthenics, jump rope, and barbell work.

Weekly Schedule:
✅ Monday: LIVE Training – Swing Heavy / Kettlebell Circuits (5:30 AM CST)
✅ Saturday: Long-Form Workout Drop (7:00 AM CST)
