As for myself，I love traveling, exploring various places，welcoming & meeting new people coming from different parts of the world。As an Airline Passenger Services Officer，I have been incredibly fortunate to have worked in the aviation industry，which I am responsible & in-charge for ticket issuance，MAAS，safety，travel docs information & to maintain the overall operations at the airport check-in counters，airline lounges & boarding gates。As an airline ambassador，i am representing an important role & committed to CUSTOMER SERVICE STRAIGHT FROM THE HEART。
