I have been working in the corporate sector for the last 17 years and have been consistently giving equal importance to my job, my workouts, and my family. Yes, I have to make some sacrifices in life to maintain a healthy balance but I am completely fine with it. Today, I am more than 40 years of age and I am able to maintain a lean physique all throughout the year by being consistent with some positive habits and mindset traits that I have developed over the years.
