I'm Vanessa Ruck, aka The Girl On A Bike – motorcycle rider, rally racer, adventurer and TEDx award-winning motivational speaker. I share the raw, unfiltered reality of life on two wheels: racing, recovery, resilience, travel and motherhood in motorsport. No fake perfection—just truth.
After a life-changing accident, I live with chronic pain but refuse to let it hold me back. I’ve ridden in over 33 countries and raced some of the world’s toughest events including the original Dakar.
You’ll find motorcycle rally and enduro content, adventure bike travel, mental health, bike maintenance, fitness after injury, and life as a biker mum.
