Frustrated by the increasing amount of misleading, B.S. health and fitness information found online, I've launched this channel in a desperate effort to help men get in better shape, both physically and mentally, so they can live a happier, more fulfilled life.
On this channel I share some of my own experience as a coach, athlete, husband and father, but also share valuable information often only privy to the inner circle of fitness professionals.
I also talk relationships as well as personal development, as I believe these aspects also form an integral part of a healthy human mind.
