Great Mountain Zen Center
Founded in 1996 and led by teachers Shishin Wick Roshi and Shinko Perez Roshi, the Great Mountain Zen Center offers Traditional Zen Buddhist and Great Heart Zen Practice and training in Colorado in the White Plum Zen Lineage.
Our channel includes short videos and full length dharma talks by teachers and dharma holders that explore Buddhist practice, meditation guidance and instruction videos, somatic practices, and talks by guest teachers.
Our current hybrid online and in-person programs included weekly meditation practice, dharma talks, meditation instruction, classes on Buddhism and related topics and monthly meditation retreats.
