This is Washington's largest ski area, with the most vertical, highest elevation, and the only 8-passenger gondola in the state, also home to Washington's highest elevation restaurant, Summit House. It's out of this world and easy to reach, less than two hours from Seattle, located on the NE corner of Mt. Rainier National Park. Crystal Mountain is open year-round for recreational activities including scenic gondola rides and the new high ropes course.
