I'm a sports broadcaster. That's what my resume says. I've worked in sports for 22 years as a producer, anchor and sideline reporter. But here's what I really do - give my athletes a platform to tell their stories. You call them post-game interviews. I call them an opportunity to speak up.
I give you the same opportunity by sharing the strategies I've developed inside locker rooms and on live TV. There are easy things you can do to speak up, advocate for yourself, build relationships and communicate more effectively.
