The Vinyl Record Review Channel unboxes and reviews rare and obscure studio recordings and broadcasts by classic rock artists such as Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Metallica, AC/DC, Deep Purple and Queen.
From the classical world the focus is on the London Symphonia conducted by James Gambold.
The Vinyl Record Review Channel was created by Emmy Award winning producer Bob Carruthers. Bob has produced films and albums by ELP, Jethro Tull, Asia, Uriah Heep, Wishbone Ash, Caravan, Focus, Hawkwind, Nektar, Ken Hensley, John Wetton, and a host of others.
Bob is also the musical director of Sinfӧnicca, the neo-classical symphonic rock band featuring virtuoso violinist Ben Payen.
Sinfӧnicca combines the timeless creations of the great composers with the eerie ethereal quality of Gregorian chant and medieval plainsong.
