I'm Dr. Dave Candy, a board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and fellowship-trained orthopedic manual physical therapist, and my goal is to help people over 50 around the world stay active, mobile, and healthy without being held back by pain.
Having been a physical therapist for 17 years, I've heard too man stories of people being told "You're just getting older.
