Welcome to the official channel of violist Amaro Dubois, Brazilian-born artist, educator, and recording artist. A recipient of the ArtsLab Fellowship at the University of Georgia and a featured performer with orchestras like Augusta, Pensacola, and Huntsville Symphonies. He is a recording artist for PARMA/Naxos & Centaur Records, with critically acclaimed albums including Luz, a Latin GRAMMY® contender.
Amaro Dubois holds a DMA from the University of Georgia, a MM from the University of Alabama, and degrees in Violin Performance & Chamber Music from the Brazilian Conservatory of Music. His work blends tradition, innovation, and cultural storytelling through the viola.
