Perry Thacker Music

All my songs are original - both lyrics and melodies. The music was created using Suno. All of my songs retain my original copyrights.
I started off in the nineties writing mostly contemporary country, but I never really catered to the Redneck center of the market. Call it too much influence by the Everly Brothers, Elvis, The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Psychedelic Rock, British Invasion, Folk, Folk Rock, Allyson Krauss, Mississippî John Hurt, Patrick Sky, Buffy St. Marie, and on and on. Hard to stay in a confined genre. So I've been branching out and enjoying a new freedom lately - but still not abandoning a sort of traditional country, either.
After a long creative hiatus, I'm back writing again, largley with the use of Suno to make my demos. I don't cheat: all my lyrics and melodies are my own, but thanks to this incredible bread machine of a music machine, I'm able to produce my songs in a way I could only imagine before.
