Welcome to The Driver’s Apex!
I drive and fix my BMW's. My aim is to show everyone that you can own older BMW's and maintain them while also driving them the way they were meant to be driven. I push and challenge the engine and chassis of each car while finding ways to improve them. I prefer the tactile nature of an older car, the definable click of buttons, and thuds of doors. Also, I love that when I park one of my BMW's in a parking lot that I can quickly identify my car amongst a sea of modern day cars that lack driving engagement. I want to drive my cars, that is, I want to be fully engaged in the driving experience. Sure, modern cars have their place; however, there is nothing better than starting up an M20 with a lumpy cam that smells like a race track. M wife and I love the sound, smell, and feel of these cars and that is why I want to share these experiences with everyone. Buy a vintage BMW!
