I’m not sure how long YouTube will allow this ad-free channel to remain online considering they keep 45% of ad earnings which look set to hit nearly $20 billion in 2021. This is great for Google’s owners and shareholders, but like the other silicon five - Google continues to evade paying a fair share of local taxes - cash that is critical to alleviate the damage caused by Covid.
