Hello, my name is Alberto and "AlvinCooksIt🌶️" is my new channel.
I live in Sardinia (Italy) and studied cookery in an Italian cooking school.
I love cooking, travelling and eating and I know the value of a nice homemade meal, how it can literally change your day up, plus having you save money, that's why I would love to share with you the recipes and techniques that I've learned through my studies and travels. I'll try to respect the traditions of each country I'll cook the recipes of, it isn't easy though so I apologize if anyone feels bothered.
This is my first attempt to shoot and edit videos, also I don't have a proper camera yet, so I am sorry about their quality, I am still experimenting.
