I'm a huge fan of all arts and craft's with design, cake sculpting and modelling being my favourites.
I love the little things that make a cake personal. It maybe certain colours, expressions, objects that have hidden messages and meanings, attention to detail large or small making them 'one off' specials and giving them that personal touch.
I also love to teach others the skills they need to be able to make there own masterpieces and I'm available for demonstrating Novelty Cake Decorating skills to any clubs or groups in and around the Somerset area, in the UK.
I also run workshops for individuals interested in learning the craft.
