Hello my name is Jessica otherwise known as Jessy Rose, i was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis and Anxiety. This channel is a way for me to speak out about my struggles with mental illness, to let it be known and talked about more and to end stigmas towards mental health.
