Elder Law & Advocacy: The Conversation
Elder Law & Advocacy: The Conversation is a new podcast that brings to life the stories, struggles, and successes at the intersection of aging, justice, and compassion. Produced by Elder Law & Advocacy, a nonprofit law firm serving seniors throughout Southern California, the series invites listeners to explore the legal and human dimensions of topics such as financial elder abuse, end of life planning, and common legal issues affecting seniors. Each episode will delve into real-world cases and community issues that shape the lives of older adults and their families—told through the voices of those on the front lines.
Listeners will hear from attorneys, law enforcement, case workers, and occasionally clients themselves, as they discuss how the legal system can both protect and empower vulnerable seniors.
