Welcome to the Youtube Channel of Frederick Viner, award-winning composer/pianist based in the UK.
Viner's music has been awarded numerous prizes (including the NCEM Young Composer's Award and the RNS Mozarts of Tomorrow Competition), broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and BBC Radio 3 Unwind, published by ABRSM and the University of York Music Press, featured in Choir & Organ and EPTA magazines, and performed internationally by renowned pianists such as Vestard Shimkus, Denis Zhdanov, Charles Szczepanek, Nicholas McCarthy and Paul Barton.
When he is not composing, Viner maintains a busy teaching schedule, including at the University of York and Queen Margaret's School for Girls where he is currently Head of Keyboard Studies.
