My name is Dainis Nguyen! I'm a Black Belt in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
I'm a 21X IBJJF Open Champion, 6X Canada National Pro Champion, and Abu Dhabi Word Pro medalist. I competed for Team Ontario many times at the Canadian Judo Nationals and also for Team Canada at the FIAS Sambo World Championships in Russia.
I love teaching Judo and BJJ to my students at my gym - Team DNA BJJ in Whitby. I created this channel to reach more people and give back to the community which has given me a lot.
