Hello YOUTUBE: my name is Robert M the creator of RGV OFF THE HOOK FISHING.
My Channel consist of saltwater fishing via kayak, wading, jetties, surf and off shoreline using different styles of baits and fishing rigs. I mainly target Speckled Tout, Red Drum, Black Drum and any other species of saltwater fish.
I fish the lower Laguna Madre area in South Texas: South Padre Island, Arroyo City, and my favorite spot Port Mansfield Tx.
