Paul Downs Cycling for Cancer Awareness.
My Name is Paul Downs and I was born in the UK. I'll be taking on my hardest and final cycling challenge yet for the Charity Young Lives VS Cancer. The challenge is to cycle 600 miles across Japan. This is to raise awareness for the charity but also for in memory of Sadako Sasaki.
She survived the Hiroshima Bomb in 1945 at age 2. However, she died of Cancer aged 12 due to the radiation from the blast. Many Japanese Children also died of Cancer because of the Radiation.
