Doc4Fitness channel believes that fitness is for all and hosts videos geared towards who want to start exercising and people with functional limitations. The videos will be in English, India and Kannada, with a few in Telugu and Tamil.
My name is Dr. Indira Kedlaya and I practice with Internal Medicine Physician and Geriatrics. While walking is a great exercise, many a time that alone is insufficient to achieve other fitness and health goals. I believe that total body exercise and including some strengthening has various benefits. Indoor exercises have gained even more prominence during the COVID pandemic. My focus in this channel is to introduce simple exercises for people which can be done at home safely. All exercises in this channel are by Physicians with MD degree who are familiar with needs for elderly. Therapeutic exercises in this channel are guided by Dr. Divakara Kedlaya who has been practicing PM&R and has vast experience in the field Musculoskeletal Medicine.
