Eating is something we do every day and therefore I am a firm believer that even the humble breakfast or lunch can be an experience, rather than just another boring meal. Three times a day, apart from a few indulgences!
My motto is ‘less is more’ and therefore my food is easy to cook, packed withbtaste and flavour, and in most cases standard off the shelf groceries.
