Zuckermann Harpsichords has served the Early Music community since the late 1950s. It was Wolfgang Zuckermann (1922-) who pioneered the concept of Early Keyboard "do-it-yourself" kits that enabled tens of thousands of musicians worldwide to experience Early Music with a more authentic sound.



Today, Zuckermann produces finished instruments, kits and parts at its worshop in Stonington, CT. The company also restores keyboard instruments including harpsichords, clavichords, fortepianos and early pianos.
