Chefs Ease started his Culinary Career working in some on NYC's top restaurants. From Gotham Bar and Grill, Le Bernardin, The Modern and Oceana. Had the felt the urge to travel and decided to move to Australia. Also spending time at 2 of the top restaurants in Sydney. Starting with a two week stage at Quay then working at Iconic Tetsuyas.

Chefs Ease loves all ethnicity of cuisine and is super excited to teach you how fun and easy cooking can be. All the recipes are provided in every video.
