I've recorded my practice sessions for years. I think it is a great tool for any musician to look over your own shoulder. In the moment, you may feel your nailed something that you didn't. You may do something spontaneously that you will want to do again. As I am reviewing, if something mostly works out, I edit the video and post it.
These are all one-takes. I may know the song but I don't repeatedly practice them. I don't plan songs to post and I don't use pro-tools to alter what I played
