Gadsby Hymnal Singspiration

This channel presents the Gadsby Hymnal 10th ed. with a tune from that era. This project began in November 2023 in response to the Lord's leading with a simple goal of creating sheet music for each hymn using Musescore.
Since it was originally published without tunes, scans of old hymnals on hymnary.org were used to find a tune for some hymns. In other cases, a suggested tune was used. The same tune is used for no more than 3 hymns. Sheet music for each hymn is uploaded to Musescore.com.
In the summer of 2024, I began recording each hymn - hope to be done by spring of 2026.

After two years, I realized that C. H. Spurgeon, considered by many as the Prince of Preachers, referenced themes and quoted lyrics from this hymnal. Going forward, links to specific sermons will be placed in related hymn description.
