Save time by having your clients book appointments online, on their own. Acuity scheduling is the best online scheduling software I have found. It integrates to Google calendar easily, allows for online appointment scheduling and appointment booking services, creates multiple calendars that are adaptable and easy to use. (Did I mention EASY?!?)
I have the Wordpress plugin that creates a calendar (with timezone prompting optional) that updates whenever a client makes an appointment or I create a new schedule. Acuity Scheduling has allowed me to stop worrying if I’m overbooking (which I do…) or need to schedule a 20 minute new client consultation.
