Hey there! Thanks for being here and supporting our channel! I am your host, Mary O’Neill Phillips. I moved from Australia to the USA to pursue my dreams of being a host in Country Music. I met my husband and quickly fell in love with all things outdoors, hunting and fishing! I started Country Outdoors in 2018 as a podcast interviewing country music artists about their music as well as their outdoor passions.
My husband, Zach, grew up in South Georgia. He has hunted and fished since he was just a boy. He’s particularly fanatical about his turkey hunting! He loves the outdoors, conservation, being a dad and he is always trying to learn new skills.
We are a young family with a golden retriever (Forest Gump) and our beautiful daughter Molly. Navigating life and travel with a baby and a dog is always an extra challenge but we wouldn’t have it any other way!
