Hello everyone, I am a Senior Lecturer at University of Adelaide; as educator and researcher (urban climatologist), I am passionate about studying the spatial and temporal dynamics of the built environment by applying a 'systems thinking' approach. In particular, I focus on performance-based analysis of cities, neighbourhoods, urban precincts, streets and buildings from ecological and holistic point of views. My second research focus is on climate-sensitive and responsive design supported by computational and sensing technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT and smart sensors.
In this channel you will find tutorials and information that I have produced as part of my teaching and research activities. This is an initiative to facilitate knowledge transfer outside the university, promote outreach activities and educate viewers beyond academia.
