Boiler Ben (Boiler Ben)

Ben Weekley has been a boiler operator in northern Minnesota for 30 years. During the past 25 years “Boiler Ben” has taught boiler classes to beginners and advanced operators alike. He believes safety is paramount when operating boilers. Many have said “Boiler Ben” explains things in easy understandable ways that no one else does. This video series is intended to increase your knowledge of boiler operation which can assist people in obtaining their boiler licenses.

“Boiler Ben” believes it is more important to truly understand how and why boilers operate than simply teaching someone to pass a test. Be sure to read and study the recommended materials to compliment the lessons taught in the videos. By all means be sure to get into your boiler room and find the various components and systems being explained.

Boiler Ben wants this series to be homespun, not professionally polished. He believes boiler operators wear work boots not white shirts and ties!
