In this channel I'm sharing memories and experince from learning to sail as an adult with no prior sailing experience. Starting Septemper 2021 me and my wife bought a 28 foot sail boat and later getting into matchracing we have aquired a 20 foot Yngling for training skills.
With a background in aplied sportspsychology, I will share my thougts on coaching my self and setting a goal orientered learning aproach to build competence in boat handling, tactics and strategy.
