ICRC helps families and communities cope with and manage the challenges of aging and caregiving. We advocate for and provide assistance so clients and family members can continue to live productive, active, and enriched lives.

The Program to Encourage Active and Rewarding Lives (PEARLS) is a community-based treatment program using methods of problem solving treatment, social and physical activation, and increased pleasant events to reduce depression in physically impaired and socially isolated people. PEARLS Counselors deliver the program.
