RIVER'
Born to a French father and a Colombian mother, Enzo FUMEX (known as River') has been passionate about music, especially singing, since a very young age. His destiny took a turn when he discovered the 5th pillar of Hip-Hop culture: Human Beatbox.
Initially a hobby, then a passion, and eventually an obsession, beatboxing became his sole escape and means of expression. He began frequenting stages and battles, perfecting his percussion and arpeggio techniques, emerging as one of the most prominent figures in modern beatboxing, highlighted by his title as the champion of the Grand Beatbox Battle 2023 in Tokyo, the most prestigious competition of its kind.
A true anomaly in his field, his melodic, soulful, and hypnotic style, reminiscent of Bobby McFerrin, Bon Iver, and James Blake,
has allowed him to showcase his entirely vocal performance worldwide. He notably performed in Japan, New York, Colombia, and at the prestigious Glastonbury Festival.
