Emmanuel Episcopal Church Baltimore
Emmanuel is a community of followers of Jesus Christ. Our creed is ancient and our theology is progressive. We are seekers, doubters, questioners who believe that faith is a journey, not an event. We proclaim a Gospel of love that includes all people and we seek to serve the world in the name of the one who dined with sinners, called tax collectors into leadership, and showed a preference for the poor and oppressed.
Urban and suburban; rich and poor; LGBTQ and straight; families and single people; young, old, and anywhere in-between, all are invited to share and help to shape our community. We receive you as one who has a message for us, and we pray that you will find the spirit of Christ in our midst.
