Hi, I'm Tom 👋
My passion is helping men and women live their own version of a high-performance lifestyle.
After finishing a football career in my early twenties, I embarked on a personal mission to help others through fitness. I have worked on gym floors for the majority of my career up until more recently I have created Built to Perform, where I offer my coaching services in the online space.
Over the years I have trained in many different aspects from bodybuilding, cycling and running.
Today, I live and breathe a multidimensional approach to my fitness and continue to fail, learn, pivot and adapt as the journey continues.
