Hello everyone, I am a professional yoga teacher/instructor Master Abhishek.
I created this channel in the hope of helping people who can't go to the yoga studio and busy people who can actively practice.
For a better life, I recommend all of you to practice Yoga Asana daily for at least 1 hour and meditate for 15 minutes, practice breathing, especially Pranayama breathing exercises.
Why should we practice yoga every day?
Yoga helps increase flexibility, increase strength, tone muscles, improve breathing, maintain a balanced metabolism of the body, help lose weight effectively, improve cardiovascular and circulatory health. In particular, Yoga is for everyone. We can do it with any outfit and can practice anytime, anywhere.
