Talking About My Generation
Talking About My Generation started as a campaign for people aged 50 and over from across Greater Manchester to change the record on what it means to grow older in the region. They were given the training to become community reporters so they could set the record straight on ageing by reporting on other people from their generation - and the campaign took off from there!
Now, the team of community reporters produce online news stories, printed magazines, podcasts and videos to give their generation a platform to share their views and shape the news. Check out their dedicated news platform created by and for over 50s: https://talkingaboutmygeneration.co.uk/
