Joe Galuszka Music

Joe Galuszka is a British composer, conductor, and performer who began his musical journey as a self-taught pianist before joining a brass band at 14, having played with leading UK brass bands including Tredegar, Flowers and Rothwell Temperance, and as timpanist with the Bristol Symphony Orchestra, at major venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Canterbury Cathedral, and Leeds Town Hall. He conducts seven ensembles, including the Bristol Military Wives Choir, Bristol Hippodrome Community Choir, and Westbury Park Orchestra, and has arranged and tutored for the National Children’s Orchestra of Great Britain. His compositions span brass, wind, chamber, and media music, scoring over 15 films and documentaries, and his tuba quartet Pandemic won the When Tuba Come One Competition. In Nov 2025, his first orchestral commission, A Symphony of Centuries, premiered with the Longwell Green Orchestra, and his debut album Fractures, recorded by the Bristol Ensemble, releases in Dec 2025.
