I am the Chefident of the United States, Chef Anthony Albrittain the Carolina cook, cooking, tasting, and eating the Carolinas. I’m born, raised, and representing South Carolina. Cooking is in my DNA because my late Mother was a great and reputable cook. I didn’t choose this it chose me and I strive to make her proud.
I never got any recipes or lessons from her but off of exposure to her meals, I did pretty good my first time on the stove. My grandmother complimented my first thanksgiving dinner until the day she died.
I’m a southern chef and down south we cook a certain way. So, this channel is basically not geared towards chefs who cook like we’re trained to cook. I am the owner of the Carolina Cook Catering and I’m available for booking. Hit me up for some Woo Woo Woo. Let’s Go Chef!!!
