Hi, my name is Ari. On this channel, I share how I overcame bad digestive issues and finally got my energy for life back.

Here are the 3 main things:
- EAT ENOUGH FOOD: Starving yourself doesn't work. Your body doesn't run on air. Make sure to eat plenty of energizing foods full of nutrients.
- FOLLOW YOUR CRAVINGS: Your body is not stupid. If you crave something, there's got to be a good reason for that. Ask yourself why you're craving a specific food. Then either eat it or solve the underlying issue.
- ENJOY LIFE: Stress will hurt you more than eating a specific way. Make sure to get plenty of sleep, sunshine, and spend time with friends.

ABOUT ME: I tried all sorts of restrictive diets from my late teens to mid-twenties to get a six-pack. I achieved my goal, but also messed up my digestive system along the way.

After years of experimenting, I've finally found a way of eating that makes me feel and look good. I'm also much less stressed and finally enjoy life again.
